Product was perfect but I was supposed to receive this in May of 2020 and it arrived at my house in the middle of November.

Haven’t received what I ordered.
Pre-ordered back in May, said it would be in by September, it’s now October and still haven’t received my order, but they where quick to take my money.

The items you ordered back in May were expected to be available last month. Unfortunately, due to many unknown reasons, plus the COVID pandemic, our distributor has not yet sent the items. They continue to push the expected dates.
We are doing our best to keep our site up to date but keep in mind that these dates are subject to change without prior notice.
Also, your form of payment gets charged within 7 days of placing an order due to the way our selling platform works.
